LANCASTER—George H. Edge, age 85, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, Sept. 5, 2014 at the Lancaster Care Center, surrounded by his family.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Sept. 8, at 9 a.m. at the Lancaster United Methodist Church, with Pastor Barb Cook officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery. The Schwartz Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Lancaster was in charge of arrangements. A George H. Edge memorial fund has been established.
