Helen Maxine (Jones) Jentz of Platteville, died on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at UW Hospital in Madison.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, at First English Lutheran Church, Platteville.  Rev. Michael Short will officiate.  Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Platteville.  Friends may call at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Friday.  Memorials may be made to the Helen Maxine Jentz Memorial Fund.  The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is serving the family.
