Helen M. (Hammer) Page, age 77, of Baraboo, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, at the Agrace Hospice Care Inpatient Facility in Fitchburg, with her loving family by her side.

 A funeral Mass was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 304 East St., Baraboo, where Father Jay Poster officiated.
