Jack Robert  Brindley, 91, Boscobel, died on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Fennimore Good Samaritan Health Care Center after a short illness.

He was born on August 2, 1922 in Hickory Grove Township and was the son of Robert and Bertha (Larmore) Brindley. The Brindley family was some of the first settlers to the area.  Jack attended Coon Valley Grade School and graduated from Muscoda High School.

Services were held Monday, June 9, 2014 at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Boscobel. Pastor Jennifer Johnson officiated.  Burial was at the Boscobel Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Boscobel Volunteer Fire Department.

The Beeman-Patchak Funeral Home assisted the family.
