SAN DIEGO, CALIF.—With heavy hearts and great sadness we announce Jean Evelyn Bleich of San Diego, Calif., formerly of Lancaster and Dubuque, Iowa, passed peacefully to her heavenly home on Friday, Jan. 27, 2017. 

She will be laid to rest at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque on April 29, 2017.
