Jeannette Louise Berg, age 84 of Blanchardville died on Monday, June 23, 2014 at her home in Blanchardville.  Jeannette was born on Sept. 3, 1929 in Blanchard Township to John and Louise (Schraepfer) Gilbertson.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2014 from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Blanchardville Lutheran Church in Blanchardville.  A funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday morning, June 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Craig Jan-McMahon of the Pecatonica Lutheran Parish will officiate.  Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery in Blanchardville.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests bringing canned goods to the funeral and visitation to take up a collection for the Blanchardville Food Pantry that Jeanette worked so hard to support.
