Jeremy Robert Mergen, 43, Platteville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 26 at Southwest Health in Platteville from complications of congestive heart failure.

A Celebration of Life was at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, 1245 N. Water Street, Platteville, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30. Deacon Bill Bussan presided. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. There will not be a burial at this time. Memorials may be made to the Jeremy R. Mergen Memorial Fund.
