Joan Marie Hamill (nee Van Natta), 65, Fitchburg, passed peacefully at home in her sleep on Jan. 30.

A visitation was held from 4–6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1 at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Green County Humane Society or the UW Carbone Cancer Center, UW–Madison.
