Joycelyn (Joyce) M. Rice, 78, Boscobel, died on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel.

In accordance with Joyce’s wishes a graveside service was held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Boscobel Cemetery. No visitation or formal service will be conducted.
