Judith Rose Ryan, 75, Muscatine and formerly Tipton, Iowa, passed away Oct. 14, 2015.

    A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Tipton, Iowa. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 9 to 11 a.m., also at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Tipton, Iowa.
