Karen McGuire, age 56 of Darlington, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 11, 2015 at her home. She was born July 8, 1958 the daughter of Frederick and Anna Mae (Mick) Hess at Memorial Hospital in Darlington.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (104 E. Harriet Street, Darlington) with Rev. John Bosco Pudhota officiating. Burial was in Holy Rosary Cemetery. A visitation was held Monday, June 15, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main St, Darlington) where a Rosary was prayed at 4:00 p.m.
