Katharine D. “Kat” (Klassy) Klukas, 75, Monroe, died on Thursday, Aug. 15, at the home of her daughter in Brodhead.

Funeral services were held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20 at the Zwingli United Church of Christ in Monticello. Reverend Lawrence Balleine officiated. Inurnment will be at a later date in Highland Cemetery in Monticello. Visitation was at the church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of services. A memorial gathering was held at Monroe American Legion Post #84 following the funeral.
