Laurie M. Crubaugh, 55, passed away peacefully on Oct. 21, 2022, at Lund Home Hospice of the Valley in Gilbert, Arizona, following a courageous battle with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville.  Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service with burial of the cremains in Calvary Cemetery, Platteville.  Online condolences can be made at melbyfh@gmail.com.
