Leonard ‘Lenny’ Oscar Herlitz, 74, of Muscoda died on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospice Center in Madison.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, at Godager Pratt Funeral Home, 710 N. Wisconsin Ave. Muscoda. Burial will follow in Conkle Cemetery, with Military Graveside Honors by the local Veterans Military Memorial Honors Unit.
