Lois E. Jentz, 80 of Platteville, died on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, at the Lutheran Church of Peace, Platteville.  Rev. Jeff Pedersen will officiate.  Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Platteville. Friends called from 4 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, or from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church, Wednesday.  Memorials may be made to the Lois E.
