Malachi Wetter

Malachi Donovan Wetter was given to us by God early in the morning on March 19, 2015; a few short moments later he returned to be with our Heavenly Father.

He lived for one short heartbeat. His life with us was way too short.  If it was up to us we would be holding our son, Malachi, now, but we know that is not our choice to make. He was a strong and beautiful baby boy. His appearance made him look like a perfect, healthy baby boy.  However, 1st Samuel 16:7 tells us “But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him.’  The Lord doesn’t see things the way you see them.  People judge by the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”  Malachi’s short life is defined by how his family responds to it.

Services were held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, with burial in the Boscobel Cemetery.

The Beeman-Patchak Funeral Home, Boscobel, assisted the family.
