Margaret A. Olson, 96 of Monroe, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. She was born Jan. 1, 1916, in Dodgeville, the daughter of Roland and Elva (Wilcox) Hughes. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Wiota Lutheran Church, 6682 Hwy. 78 in rural South Wayne, with Vicar Rich McLeer of Hope Lutheran Church in Mineral Point officiating. Burial will be in East Wiota Cemetery in Wiota Township. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 5, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
