Marvin L. Kittoe, 87, of Platteville died on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Southwest Health Center Hospital, Platteville.  Funeral services were 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at the Platteville United Methodist Church.  Rev. Brenda Whitford officiated.  Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville, where military rites were accorded by American Legion Post #42 and VFW Post #5274.  Friends called from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday at the church.  Memorial may be made to the Platteville Community Food Pantry in Marvin’s name.  The Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is serving the family.
