Mary A. ‘Tanny’ Flood, former Hub City resident for 25 years, passed away peacefully in Naples, Florida, on Sept. 8, 2019, after a brief illness. She was 93. In her retirement years, Tanny enjoyed birding, nature walks, volunteering, entertaining visiting family and friends, and attending Town & Country Presbyterian Church before moving to Florida. She was preceded in death by her retirement friend and fellow nature enthusiast, Patricia McMaster, also a former resident of Hub City, who passed away last October. Pat was 93.
