Michael Adams of Pardeeville passed away at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Meriter Hospital in Madison with his mother by his side.

The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville is handling the cremation. A memorial service was held Jan. 10 at Portage with many friends present.
