LANCASTER—Michael P. Smith, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, surrounded by his family at the Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore.

Funeral services were held on Friday, Aug. 31 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Lancaster with Pastor Barbara Cook officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.
