Mildred Ann Melby, 80, of Richland Center passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Schmitt Woodland Hills. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 21, at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in the Richland Center Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, at Pratt Memorial Chapel, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and again at Pratt Memorial Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
