Owen Robert Kelley was already in God’s hands when he was born into his parents’ arms on Friday, August 7, 2015, at 7:55 p.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.

A private family Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Keyesville, with burial in the church cemetery with Fr. Mick Moon officiating.
