Patsy was born on December 14, 1939 and passed away on September 21, 2013.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien. Rev. Lynn Schreck officiating. A private family inurnment will be at a later date.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.

The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien assisted the family with arrangements.
