R. Joseph “Joe” Pluemer, 83, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., formerly of Montfort, passed away Thursday April 26 at his home in Fort Walton Beach with his family by his side.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 19 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort with burial of the cremains to follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Saturday morning.
