Put on your dancing shoes. A homecoming party is planned for Ranol J. “Ray” Weigel who died Jan. 9 at home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Services were at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16 at Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road. Pastor Jim Lucy officiated. Military honors by American Legion Post #6 will follow the service. Burial was at Dubuque Memorial Gardens. Visitation was from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund  has been established.
