Rebecca F. “Becca” Nickey, age 25 years, of rural Hillsboro, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014.

She was born on Oct. 25, 1988 to Bradley and Shelly (Sherman) Nickey in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Becca graduated from the Hillsboro High School in 2007.  She worked as a CNA in an assisted living facility.

Becca enjoyed spending time on the family houseboat on the Mississippi River, hiking and fishing.
Survivors include her parents, Brad and Shelly Nickey of Hillsboro, brother, Brandon Nickey (Liz Whitney) of Hillsboro; sisters, Deanna Nickey of Jefferson and Carla (Kevin) Bodway of Hartland; grandparents, Carl and Carol Nickey of Brazil, Indiana and Dewey and Judy Sherman of Pewaukee; other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  Friends called at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro on Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m.  For online information go to www.pichafuneralhomes.com
