POTOSI—Roger E. “Payday” Jentz, Sr., 73, of Potosi, passed into eternal life on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013 very peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Unity Point Finley Hospital, Dubuque.

A celebration of life service will be from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 at  Ss. Andrew-Thomas School in Potosi.  There will be a private family burial at a later date in Van Buren Cemetery.  The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque is assisting the family. The family requests no flowers or plants.  A Roger E. Jentz, Sr. Memorial fund has been established.
