Sophie J. Moen, 92, Montfort/Cobb, died on Friday morning, July 29, 2016 at Bloomfield Healthcare in rural Dodgeville.

    The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016 at St. John Nepomuc Catholic Church in Castle Rock Township, Grant County, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Father Miguel Galvez and Father Jim Murphy will be officiating. A Parish Rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 1 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort with visitation to directly follow from 4 to 8 p.m. In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Sophie J.
