Vincent “Monty” Slapak, 78, of Muscoda, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Pine Valley Community Village.  A time of sharing was held at the Muscoda Sportsman’s Club, 18849 Sportsman Drive, Muscoda following the graveside.  The family requests memorials in Monty’s name be directed to the Red Cross or Agrace Hospice.  The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
