LANCASTER­—Willard J. “Bill” Noble, age 75, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque, Iowa.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Father William Seipp officiating. Burial was in St. Clement Cemetery, Lancaster.
