GAME OF THE WEEK (Dec. 7–13)

WRESTLING: Fennimore (3–3, 0–0 SWAL) at Darlington/Black Hawk (1–0, 1–0 SWAL), Thursday, 7 p.m.

Tonight’s SWAL dual could go a long way to determining this year’s SWAL duals champion. The three-time defending SWAL duals champion Golden Eagles are off to a 3–3 start in duals action after a 3–2 third-place finish at Saturday’s Stoughton Duals and a 31–30 tie-breaker loss to Sparta last Thursday night. Meanwhile, the WarBirds could put a strangle hold on this year’s race for the SWAL crown with a win tonight. Darlington/Black Hawk defeated Mineral Point for the first time in 27 years with a 42–30 victory last Thursday night to begin SWAL action 1–0.
