BOSCOBEL - The stands were packed last Friday in the big gymnasium at Boscobel High School, as the Bulldog boys’ basketball team hosted long-standing conference rival Riverdale for an exciting game.

It was a close game of traded baskets, with the point spread rarely growing larger than five points throughout the game.

The Bulldogs headed to River Ridge for a non-conference game Monday evening. Who would win was anybody’s guess leading into the game, as the two teams are relatively well matched and rarely meet on the court.
