Nolan and Virginia Gibson will observe their 65th wedding anniversary on Aug. 8.
Virginia Jenkins and Nolan  Gibson of Robbinsdale, Minn., were married Aug. 8, 1947 at First English Lutheran Church in Platteville.
They have one daughter, Patricia Louise (James) Huber of McFarland and two grandchildren, Heather Huber and husband, Benjamin Wyman, and Timothy Huber and wife, Shannon Brokish of Madison.
