Stephen Henriksen and Marissa Collins, Lancaster, announce the birth of their  daughter, Autumn Ann Henriksen, at 7:10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Autumn weighed 7 pounds and was 19 inches long. She joins three brothers, Andrew Udelhoven, 10, Carson Collins, 7, and Liam Collins, 5.
Grandparents are Richard and Lynn Eisner, Kerry McCabe and Tony Hobl, and Mike and Darcy Henriksen.
Great-grandparents are Mary Brand and Ray and Millie Henriksen.
Autumn’s father is a machine operator and her mother is a stay-at-home mom.
