Emalie Allbee, Hazel Green and Travis Bartels, Platteville are the parents of a son, Jack Christopher Bartels.  He was born on Dec. 18, 2015 at The Birthing Center at Southwest Health in Platteville.  Jack weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 19 ¾ inches long. He joins a sister Alison Mau.
    Grandparents are Mike Allbee, Brenda Allbee, Chris Bartells and Lori Melesson. Great grandparent are Terry Slater and Linda Slater.
