Clarence May III and Amber Duggan May, Dubuque, announce the birth of their son, Clarence Joseph May IV, at 11:45 a.m. on July 23 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
Clarence weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. He joins a brother, Daniel, and a sister, Kayla.
Grandparents are John and Janet Duggan, Platteville, and Clarence May II.
