Taylor and Megan Wiech, Platteville, announce the birth of their daughter, Eleanor Mae Wiech, at 11:02 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7 at Southwest Health in    Platteville.
Eleanor weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins a brother, Micah, 2.
Grandparents are Carolyn and Kelly Johnston, Platteville, Mark and Missy Boyum, Red Wing, Minn., and Kory and LouAnn Wiech, Wanamingo, Minn.
Great-grandparents are Karin and Jim McMahon, Potosi, Bev Sweetland, Waukesha, and Victoria Golden, Lake City, Minn.
Eleanor’s father works at BioLife and her mother works at Fastenal.
