Matthew and Talita Austin of Belmont are the parents of a daughter, Elida Martins Austin, born Oct. 4, 2013 at Upland Hills Health Birthing Unit in Dodgeville. Elida weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 inches long.
