Brandon and Samantha Wipf, a daughter       

A daughter, Eva Suzanne Wipf, was born at 10:03 p.m.  on May 20, 2015, at The Richland Hospital to Brandon and Samantha Wipf of Hillsboro. She weighed 8 lbs. 6 ozs. and was 21 inches long. She joins a sister, Anne, 2. Grandparents are Bob and Ginny Cairns of Yuba, the late Debra Cairns, and Lillian and Clarence Wipf of South Dakota. The father works at Wipf’s Flooring and the mother is a stay-at-home mom.
