Charles Burrage and LaVonda M. Sykes announce the birth of their daughter, Janelle Rose Burrage, at 3:21 p.m. on Tuesday,  Sept.  13 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Janelle weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She joins three brothers, Jai’Mari, 11, Jainya, 7, and Jai’Mya, 5.
