Kim and Joe Biba of Cuba City are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Joseph Charles, on Nov. 15, 2011 at 12:40 p.m.
Joseph weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He joins sisters, Samantha, 19, Allie, 14, and Nicole, 10.
Grandparents are Sharon and the late Donald Faust, Joe C. Biba and Pat McCommish-Biba, and the late Jeanette Biba, all of Boscobel.
