Joshua and Robyn Hartwig, Cuba City, announce the birth of their son, Owen James Hartwig, at 9:53 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque.
Owen weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. He joins a sister, Payton, 2.
Grandparents are Ron and Cheryl Kowalski, Belmont, and Jim and Kathy Hartwig, South Wayne.
Great-grandparents are Reta and Lloyd Houtakker, Belmont, and Katherine Hartwig, Monroe.
Great-great-grandmother is Marie Ruskell, Belmont.
