Eric and Molly Mook announce the birth of their daughter, Paisley Elizabeth Mook, at 2:40 p.m. on Friday, April 5 at Southwest Health Center.
Paisley weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She joins three sisters, Emma, 8, Chloe, 6, and Kinzlie, 18 months.
Grandparents are Diane and the late Joe LaRue, Cuba City,  and Mike Mook, Dickeyville.
Great-grandmother is Betty Mook, Platteville.
Paisley’s father does industrial insulation for Fiber Chem Company. Her mother is a stay-at-home mom.
