Scott Weber and Tania Kneuer-Weber of Bend, Ore., announce the birth of their daughter, Piper Breeze Weber, at 8:22 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend.
Piper weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. Piper joins two brothers, Dane, 5 ½, and Vaughn, 2 ½.
Grandparents are Gene and Jan Weber of Platteville, and Martha and the late Henry Kneuer of Lincolnshire, Ill. 
Great-grandparents are Marie and the late Bernard Kliebenstein of Belmont, and Marie and the late Arnold Weber of Cuba City
Piper’s father is a physical therapist and is owner/operator of Alpine Physical Therapy Clinics in Bend. Her mother works for Deschutes County Mental Health in Bend as an occupational therapist.
