James McBee of Fennimore and Teresa McBee of Pennsylvania announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Courtney McBee, to Cody Foster, son of Bob and Darlene Foster of Darlington. The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Darlington High School and the groom-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Black Hawk High School. The couple will be married Nov. 3, 2012, at the Belmont Inn in Belmont. The couple will reside in Darlington.
