Dawn Mumm, daughter of Frank Mumm and Mary Mumm, and David Regan, son of Shirley Regan and the late Julian “Jukes” Regan, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The couple will be married on Oct. 13 at The Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa, with a reception and dance to follow at The Belmont Inn and Convention Center.
Dawn is a personal lines insurance agent with Schwarz Insurance in Middleton. She also works for Kwik Trip in Mount Horeb. Dawn has two children, Ashley and Brock Wilson.
David is a maintenance supervisor for Dubuque Stamping and Manufacturing and also works in sales at Riley Auto Sales in Dubuque, Iowa. He has a son Maxwell Regan.
The couple will make their home in rural Mineral Point.
