Marissa Johanna Wagner, Platteville, and Benjamin Andrew Booker, San Clemente, Calif., were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on June 22 at Grace Community Chapel in Sun Valley, Calif. Chris Hamilton officiated the ceremony. A reception followed the ceremony at Grace Community Church campus.
Parents of the bride are Phillip and Kathy Wagner, Platteville. Parents of the groom are David Booker Sr., Kaufman, Texas, and Bridget Blackfelner, Chino Hills, Calif.
The bride wore a strapless, floor-length, white silk, a-line dress with a chapel length train and a 3/4 sleeve white organza and lace bolero jacket. Her tulle veil was cathedral length and had a ribbon edge with crystal applique.
Matron of honor was Christina Loi, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Danielle Foster, sister of the groom, Aubrea Wagner and Leandra Wagner, sisters of the bride,  and Ellie McKeeth and Katherine Wreesman, friends of the bride.
Best man was David Booker, Jr., brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Trevor Foster, brother-in-law of the groom, and Colton Haney, Brendon Howell, Kean McHaddad and Cameron Baxter, friends of the groom.
The couple went to Redlands, Calif., near the mountains, for their honeymoon. They will reside in Santa Clarita, Calif.
Benjamin is a former marine and is currently attending The Master’s College in Santa Clarita. Marissa is a recent graduate of The Master’s College and will be working at Legacy Christian Academy in Santa Clarita.
