DODGEVILLE — A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for Monday afternoon for a Montfort man on charges from a June 2013 fatal motorcycle crash.

Jesse D. Flogel, 37, faces charges of hit-and-run involving death, homicide by negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer.

Flogel is free on a $50,000 signature bond. He is required to remain in Grant or Iowa counties or Dubuque, Maquoketa, Iowa, or East Dubuque. He is also required to maintain absolute sobriety and submit to random drug tests.
