In a change of plans, registered sex offender Brian Vadnais will not live in Forest township after his impending release, Vernon County Sheriff John Spears reported May 5.

Instead, Vadnais, whose intended release date will be on or before May 30, will live in the West Bend, Wis., area.

The Sheriff’s Office in Viroqua announced last week that that Vadnais, 53, would live at S337 24th Court in rural Ontario.

Convicted in Milwaukee County of first-degree sexual assault of a child in 1994, Vadnais victimized juvenile female acquaintances.
